摘要
旨在研究河道水利工程对水环境的影响以及协同管理的方法,以提供更加可持续的水资源利用和环境保护策略。探讨了水利工程对水环境的不利影响,如对鱼类迁徙的阻碍、湿地生态系统的破坏以及水生植物和野生动物栖息地的改变。为减小这些影响,提出了协同管理方法,包括设立鱼类通行设施、生态恢复和保护计划,以及建立生态补偿机制。最后,强调了可持续发展的目标,包括水资源供需平衡、水质维持和改善,以及社会责任的重要性。通过这些方法的实施,可以更好地维护水资源和水环境,实现可持续发展。
This paper aimed to study the impact of river water conservancy engineering on water environment and the methods of collaborative management,in order to provide more sustainable water resource utilization and environmental protection strategies.It explored the adverse effects of hydraulic engineering on the water environment,such as obstacles to fish migration,damage to wetland ecosystems,and changes in habitats for aquatic plants and wildlife.To mitigate these impacts,collaborative management methods have been proposed,including establishing fish passage facilities,ecological restoration and protection plans,and establishing ecological compensation mechanisms.Finally,the goals of sustainable development were emphasized,including balancing water supply and demand,maintaining and improving water quality,and the importance of social responsibility.Through these methods and specific implementation,water resources and environment can be better maintained,achieving sustainable development.
