新疆文旅产业融合发展现状、问题与对策 被引量:1

摘要 大力促进独特民族文化资源与旅游产业融合发展,是新疆地区培育新增长点、形成新动能的关键举措,也是推动新疆文旅产业实现高质量发展的必由之路。文章在系统阐述新疆文旅产业融合发展现状的基础上,重点剖析了其存在的主要问题:文旅产业整体规模偏小、机制体制不健全、文旅产业融合深度不够、文旅类龙头企业少、市场运作能力较差,文旅品牌效应待加强等。因此,新疆应加强统筹规划,构建文旅融合发展新格局;贯彻“大文旅”发展理念,健全文旅融合发展机制体制;强化全链条产品结构,推动文旅产业深度融合;充分运用现代数字科技,推动文旅产业转型升级;构建多元市场经营主体格局,不断强化市场主体建设;注重文旅人才的“引进+培养+挖掘”,不断强化文旅人才队伍建设;构建智慧营销平台,多渠道提升文旅品牌影响力。 Vigorously promoting the integration and development of unique ethnic cultural resources and tourism industry is a key measure to cultivate new growth point and form new momentum in Xinjiang,and also a necessary path to promote high-quality de⁃velopment culture and tourism industry in Xinjiang.Based on systematical elaboration on the current situation of the integrated de⁃velopment of Xinjiang's cultural and tourism industry,the article focuses on analyzing its main problems such as too small overall scale of the culture and tourism industry,unsound mechanism and system,inadequate industrial integration,few leading enterpris⁃es,poor market operation ability and weak brand effect.Therefore,Xinjiang should take measures such as,strengthen overall plan⁃ning to build a new pattern of integrated development of culture and tourism;adhere to the development concept of“great culture and tourism”to improve the integrated mechanism and system its development;strengthen the product structure of the entire chain and enhance integration of the industry;fully utilize modern digital technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry;build a diversified market operation entity pattern and continuously strengthen the construction of market entities;of cul⁃ture and tourism talents,and continuously strengthen the construction of the culture and tourism talents by focusing on“introduc⁃ing,cultivating,and exploring”talents;build a smart marketing platform to enhance the influence of culture and tourism brands through multiple channels.
