摘要
目的观察苍附导痰汤联合温针灸对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选取60例PCOS患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组予以苍附导痰汤加减,治疗组在对照组基础上予以温针灸。对比两组疗效、中医证候积分、螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮素(T)、治疗后妊娠及排卵情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、PI、RI及FSH、LH、T水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月后,治疗组排卵率及妊娠率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰汤联合温针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果确切,能明显提高患者子宫内膜容受性,维持性激素的正常水平,使患者更易受孕。
Objective To observe the effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on endometrial receptivity in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty patients with PCOS were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cangfu Daotan decoction,while the treatment group was treated with warming needle moxibustion on this basis.The curative effect,TCM symptom scores,spiral artery pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),endometrial thickness,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),pregnancy and ovulation conditions were compared between groups.Results The total response rate in the treatment group(90.00%,27/30)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness,FSH,LH,PI,RI and T in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group during 12 months of follow-up were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion is effective in the treatment of PCOS,which can significantly improve the patients’endometrial receptivity,maintain the normal level of hormone secretion,and promote pregnancy.
