摘要
为进一步研究喷水推进泵的各项性能,提高其抗空化空蚀、降噪能力,增强国家海上力量,积极推进先进技术成果普及化。针对广泛应用于航海领域中性能更加优良的喷水推进泵装置的空化、噪声两方面性能,结合国内外专家最新成果进行了论述。就喷水推进泵装置空化、噪声的产生机理、影响因素等进行了较为系统全面的说明,介绍了目前众多专家学者结合不断成熟的数值模拟软件在此领域所得到的新方法、新进展等最新成果,并结合影响喷水推进泵装置空化空蚀、噪声的关键因素,从设计、运行、制造三方面讨论了其空化噪声的优化问题,并提出了相应的优化措施。
In order to further study the performance of water jet propulsion pump,improve its cavitation erosion resistance,noise reduction ability,enhance the national maritime force,the popularization of advanced technological achievements are actively promoted.The cavitation and noise performance of the water-jet propulsion pump,which is widely used in the navigation field and sea,is discussed by combining with the latest achievements of domestic and foreign experts.The mechanism and influence factors of cavitation and noise in water jet propulsion pump are systematically and comprehensively described.The new methods and progress in this field obtained by many experts and scholars using the constantly mature CFD software are introduced.Combined with the key factors affecting cavitation and noise of water jet propulsion pump,the optimization of cavitation and noise is discussed from three aspects of design,operation and manufacture.The corresponding optimization measures are put forward.
