摘要
泵站拆建工程施工质量控制与评定分析,对中型灌溉排水泵站更新改造规划顺利实施,原址拆除重建工程高质量发展都具有重要的工程意义。为此,结合位于清江浦区和平镇境内的中型灌溉排水泵站,原址拆除重建工程施工质量控制与评定实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,全面了解工程概况,首先从工程质量管理体系和质量监督、工程项目划分与质量控制措施和观测分析等方面进行工程施工质量控制分析;同时围绕工程质量评定及外观质量评定两方面着重展开泵站拆建工程施工质量等级评定。可为类似中型灌溉排水泵站实施原址拆除重建工程施工质量控制与评定提供借鉴参考。
The construction quality control and evaluation analysis of the pump station demolition and construction project is of great engineering significance to the smooth implementation of the renovation plan of the medium-sized irrigation and drainage pumping station and the high-quality development of the original site demolition and reconstruction project.Therefore,the construction quality control and evaluation practice case of the original site demolition and reconstruction project are analyzed and studied in this paper.The general situation of the project is comprehensively understood.Firstly,the engineering construction quality control analysis is carried out from the aspects of engineering quality management system and quality supervision,engineering division and quality control measures and observation analysis.It can provide reference for the construction quality control and evaluation of the demolition and reconstruction project of similar medium-sized irrigation drainage pumping station.
