摘要
在现场安装自带光源的特制靶标,通过摄像机采集含有靶标区域的视频图像,输入到工业计算机经靶标位置识别、角度校正等预处理后,提取靶标区域图像的视觉特征信息,并利用事先构建的特征信息到能见度距离的映射模型,实时计算公路能见度取值,达到全天候动态监测公路能见度的目的。
The article installs a specially designed target with its own light source on site,collects video images containing the target area through a camera,inputs them into an industrial computer for target position recognition,angle correction,and other preprocessing.It extracts the visual feature information of the target area image,and uses the mapping model of the pre-constructed feature information to the visibility distance to calculate the visibility value of the road in real-time,achieving the goal of dynamic monitoring of road visibility all weather.
