摘要
教育家精神是迈向教育强国时代培育大国良师和落实国家强师战略的重要精神指导与先决条件。新时代教育家精神在理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个维度具有深刻的本质内涵,并以“以天下为己任”,为人师表、人之模范,善施教化、学无止境与“教者贵亲,亲则易知”作为其中华优秀传统的教育文化基因。在新时代,以中华优秀传统文化为根基弘扬教育家精神的文化价值力量,就需要高校教师坚守躬耕教坛、强国有我的大国担当,塑造言传身教、以身作则的大德风范,凝聚教书育人、终身学习的大智风采,勤修仁者爱人、宽仁慈爱的大爱情怀。
Educator spirit is an important spiritual guidance and prerequisite for cultivating"great national teacher"and implementing teacher enhancement strategy.The spirit of educators in the new era has profound essential connotation in the six dimensions of ideal and belief,moral sentiment,wisdom of educating people,attitude of cultivation,heart of benevolence,pursuit of justice and so on.It has the Chinese excellent traditional cultural genes such as"embracing the world";teachers,the model of human beings;good education,endless learning and"caring for students".To carry forward the cultural value of the spirit of educators based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the new era,it is necessary for college teachers to persist in the great power of education,to shape the great moral style of words and deeds,to condense the great wisdom of teaching and lifelong learning and to cultivate the great love of benevolence.
