摘要
机制砂的压碎指标试验较为繁琐,研究各粒级压碎指标之间的关系对改进试验方法意义重大。本文以河砂为参照对象,研究了机制砂0.30~0.60mm、0.60~1.18mm、1.18~2.36mm、2.36~4.75mm各粒级压碎指标的规律,分析了机制砂颗粒粒径、颗粒形貌、物理力学性质之间的关系及其对压碎指标的影响。结果表明:随着机制砂粒径的增大,机制砂的颗粒形貌变差,孔隙率增大,其力学性质更加不稳定,导致机制砂的压碎指标增大。
The crushing index test of manufactured-sand is relatively cumbersome,and studying the relationship between crushing indices of different particle sizes is of great significance for improving the testing method.This paper takes river sand as a reference object and studies the laws of crushing indicators for various particle sizes of manufactured-sand,including 0.30~0.60 mm,0.60~1.18 mm,1.18~2.36 mm,2.36~4.75 mm.It analyzes the relationship between particle size,morphology,and physical and mechanical properties of manufactured-sand and its impact on crushing indicators.The results show that as the particle size of the manufactured-sand increases,the particle morphology of the manufactured-sand deteriorates,the porosity increases,and its mechanical properties become more unstable,leading to an increase in the crushing index of the manufactured-sand.
