摘要
采用湿化学法制备了(Ag_(2+y) S)x@Ag_(2)Te/PEDOT:PSS,并利用真空抽滤法获得了(Ag_(2+y) S)x@Ag_(2)Te/PEDOT∶PSS复合薄膜。研究发现20 MPa冷压下,x=0.2(y=0.0)时,复合薄膜(Ag_(2)S)0.2@Ag_(2)Te/PEDOT∶PSS的Seebeck系数绝对值达到最大值-91.13μV/K,但其电导率仅为7.86 S/cm.为了进一步提高复合薄膜的电导率,在上述基础上调控Ag掺杂量。与y=0.0样品相比,y=0.2样品的电导率提高到17.89 S/cm(增加了127%),Seebeck系数绝对值略有下降。得益于电导率的大幅度提升,当y=0.2时样品的功率因子达到最大值11.13μW/mK 2,提高了1.7倍(与y=0.0样品相比),为碲化银基热电薄膜功率因子的提升提供有益参考。
In this paper,(Ag_(2+y) S)x@Ag_(2)Te/PEDOT∶PSS was synthesized by a wet chemical method,and transformed into films by the vacuum filtration method.The results demonstrated that the absolute Seebeck coefficient of(Ag_(2)S)0.2@Ag_(2)Te/PEDOT∶PSScomposite films reaches a maximum value of-91.13μV/K when x=0.2(y=0.0)at 20 MPa cold pressing,but its electric conductivity is only 7.86 S/cm.The Ag doping content was changed to further improve the conductivity of the composite film.Compared with that of the y=0.0 sample,the electric conductivity of the y=0.2 sample increases 127%up to 17.89 S/cm,and the absolute Seebeck coefficient just slightly decreases.Due to the large increase in electric conductivity,the power factor reaches a maximum of 11.13μW/mK when y=0.2,which is 1.7 times higher than that of the y=0.0 sample.This study will provide a useful reference for improving the power factor of silver telluride based thermoelectric thin films.
