摘要
随着传统交通规划模式中暴露出的问题越来越多,中小型城市环境污染和交通拥堵压力与日俱增,在此背景下,绿色可持续交通规划理念应运而生;从传统交通规划模式的问题出发,以中小型城市为研究对象,着重探讨了绿色可持续理念在交通规划中的应用;主要明确了绿色可持续交通的总体规划目标和模式特点,同时从城市路网规划方法和“慢行系统”规划方法两方面给出了具体的适用于中小型城市的绿色可持续交通规划新方案。
As more problems are revealed in traditional transportation planning,the pressure of environmental pollution and traffic congestion in small and medium-sized cities is increasing day by day,so green and sustainable transportation planning concepts are being launched.Starting with the problems of traditional transportation planning,targeting small and medium-sized cities,this paper discusses the application of green and sustainable concepts in transportation planning and clarifies the overall planning goal and characteristics of the concepts.A new green and sustainable transportation planning scheme for small and medium-sized cities is presented in terms of planning methods of the urban road network and"slow traffic system".
