绕组压紧力对变压器油箱振动特性影响的有限元分析

摘要 为了研究油浸式变压器箱体表面的振动特性,以及绕组压紧力对变压器油箱振动特性的影响,本文利用磁固耦合有限元方法进行了建模仿真。以一台110kV油浸变压器作为对象建立三维几何模型,进行磁场-结构力场的耦合仿真,计算分析了变压器油箱各处、各方向振动特性,比较了不同绕组压紧力对变压器油箱振动特性的影响,得出了变压器油箱振动信号的时、空、频特性。结果表明,油箱振动信号波形呈周期性变化,油箱正面Y方向振动最为明显,振动幅值最大可达1.0566mm;绕组压紧力增大会导致油箱振动幅值增大。本文研究可为变压器油箱振动特性研究提供理论和数据支持。 In order to study the vibration characteristics of the surface of the oil-immersed transformer box and the influence of the winding pressing force on the vibration characteristics of the transformer tank,this paper uses the magnetic-solid coupling finite element method to model and simulate.A three-dimensional geometric model of a 110 kV oil-immersed transformer is established,and the coupling simulation of magnetic field and structural force field is carried out.The vibration characteristics of transformer oil tank in all directions are calculated and analyzed.The influence of different winding pressing forces on the vibration characteristics of transformer oil tank is compared,and the time,space and frequency characteristics of vibration signal of transformer oil tank are obtained.The results show that the vibration signal waveform of the tank changes periodically,and the Y direction vibration of the front of the tank is the most obvious,and the maximum vibration amplitude is 1.0566mm.The increase of winding compaction force will lead to the increase of tank vibration amplitude.The research in this paper can provide theoretical and data support for the study of vibration characteristics of transformer oil tank.
