摘要
采用KOH化学活化法制备了一种全新含氮生物炭,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、比表面积测试、元素分析仪及X射线光电子能谱分析仪对含氮生物炭进行了形貌、孔径及N元素表面分布表征。以制药废水中的洛索洛芬钠为吸附对象,研究了溶液浓度、pH、温度等因素对含氮活性炭吸附性能的影响,并探究了吸附过程机理。结果显示含氮活性炭中富含微孔结构,比表面积高达2 493 m^(2)/g,在20℃下吸附洛索洛芬钠量可达157.78 mg/g,吸附过程符合Redlich-Peterson等温吸附模型(R^(2)=0.996 9)。热力学研究结果表明,含氮生物炭吸附能力强,吸附过程为放热过程,温度的升高不利于吸附过程的进行。
A new kind of biochar containing nitrogen was well prepared by the KOH chemical activation method.The morphology,pore size and the distribution of N on the surface of the biochar were characterized by SEM,TEM,BET,elemental analyzer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyzer.Taking loxoprofen sodium in the pharmaceutical wastewater as the adsorption object,the effects of solution concentration,pH,temperature and other factors on the adsorption performance of the biochar were studied,so was the adsorption mechanism.The results show that the biochar has lots of microporous structures,and the specific surface area of the biochar is 2493 m^(2)/g,and the maximum adsorption capacity of the biochar for loxoprofen sodium is 157.78 mg/g at 20℃.The adsorption process was well fitted by the Redlich-Peterson isothermal adsorption model(R^(2)=0.9969).The thermodynamics study of the adsorption process showed that the adsorption capacity of the biochar was high,and the adsorption process is exothermic,also the increase of temperature would not be conducive to the adsorption.
