摘要
在数字时代,数字化纪检监察的探索取得了国家层面的大力支持并获得了部分地区的先行实践成果。数字化与纪检监察工作的融合,实现了对监察对象精确定位、精准监管,赋予了新时代纪检监察工作智能化和高效性;同时极大地增进政府工作的透明度和公开度,为建设廉洁政府提供了有力的保障。与此同时,数字化背景下,利用数字技术手段的腐败行为也加剧了反腐败工作的复杂性。未来可以从完善数字化纪检监察制度建设,优化技术平台,培养专业人才,完善管理机制等,保障纪检监察工作规范、高效的展开,以此推动数字中国和法治中国建设。
In the digital age,the exploration of digital discipline inspection and supervision has gained strong support from the national level and successful practical results in some areas.The integration of digitalization and discipline inspection and supervision work has achieved precise positioning and supervision of the objects under surveillance,endowing discipline inspection and supervision work with intelligence and efficiency in the new era;At the same time,under the background of digitalization,the corruption that use of digital technology has also intensified the complexity of anti-corruption work.Simultaneously,the double-edged sword of digital technology has also brought more challenges,and the“digital”corruption has exacerbated the difficulty of discipline inspection and supervision work.The standardization and efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision work could be further promoted by improving the construction of digital discipline inspection and supervision systems,optimizing the technology platform,cultivating professional talents,enhancing the management mechanism and so on,in order to promote the construction of digital China and the rule of law China.
