摘要
长三角物流业近年来发展迅速,但其也给环境造成了不小的压力。因此,为探究长三角城市群的低碳物流效率,文章基于长三角城市群27个城市2010—2020年有关物流业的面板数据,利用超效率SBM模型对低碳物流效率进行评价,运用Malmquist指数分析低碳物流的全要素生产率。研究发现,长三角城市群的低碳物流效率并不平衡,上海低碳物流效率均值最高,其余城市中,安徽省8市均值最高,浙江省城市均值最低。此外,不考虑碳排放约束的全要素生产率比考虑碳排放约束的全要素生产率高,从时序上看,全要素生产率呈波动上升趋势。研究结果旨在为长三角城市群物流业的科学减排制度提供参考。
The logistics industry in the Yangtze River Delta has developed rapidly in recent years,but it has also caused significant pressure on the environment.Therefore,in order to explore the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,this paper is based on panel data on the logistics industry of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations from 2010 to 2020.The super efficiency SBM model is used to evaluate the efficiency of low-carbon logistics,and the Malmquist index is used to analyze the total factor productivity of low-carbon logistics.Research has found that the low-carbon logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is not balanced,with Shanghai having the highest average low-carbon logistics efficiency.Among the other cities,the average of 8 cities in Anhui Province is the highest,while the average of cities in Zhejiang Province is the lowest.In addition,the total factor productivity without considering carbon emission constraints is higher than that with considering carbon emission constraints.From a temporal perspective,the total factor productivity shows a fluctuating upward trend.The results of this study aim to provide reference for the scientific emission reduction system of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.
