基于水力冲孔技术瓦斯抽采有效半径研究 被引量:1

摘要 新庄煤矿主采三2煤层,因煤层透气性较低,采用水力冲孔技术提高瓦斯抽采效果,故在布置抽采钻孔前需确定有效抽采半径,使用数值模拟和现场实测两种方法进行测定,并进行对比分析。研究结果表明:新庄煤矿三2煤层穿层钻孔抽采时间180 d时,有效抽采半径为2.81 m;穿层钻孔在采取基于卸煤量为0.5 t/m的水力冲孔后,抽采时间为120 d时,有效抽采半径为3.65 m;顺层定向钻孔抽采时间为120 d时,有效抽采半径为5.5 m。数值模拟和现场实测结果基本一致,可为现场瓦斯抽采工作提供理论指导。 The main mining roadways of the 3-2 coal seam in Xinzhuang Coal Mine adopt hydraulic punching technology to improve the gas extraction effect due to the low permeability of the coal seam.Therefore,it is necessary to determine and compare the effective extraction radius by numerical simulation and field measurement before arranging the extraction boreholes.The results showed that:the effective drainage radius was 2.81 m when the extraction time of cross-seam boreholes in the coal seam was 180 d;the effective drainage radius was 3.65 m when the extraction time was 120 d after adopting hydraulic punching based on the coal unloading volume of 0.5 t/m;the effective extraction radius was 5.5 m when the extraction time of bedding directional boreholes was 120 d.There is no significant difference between the numerical simulation and field measurement results,which could provide theoretical guidance for on-site gas extraction.
