基于数据分析的水电厂设备运行状态管理系统研究与应用

摘要 低数字化管理状态,严重制约水电厂设备运行效果。为实现设备信息化管理,需更新设备的管理技术,研究基于数据分析的水电厂设备运行状态管理系统设计方法。系统硬件部分以逻辑功能划分设备分区,采用J2EE应用程序模型,建立多层分布式设备管理框架。以信息节点连接通信模块,构建设备的运行检测结构。软件部分建立水电厂设备数据库,基于数据分析技术,建立神经网络挖掘模型,管理设备的运行状态,完成系统设计。结果表明所提系统可准确地统计不同设备的运行数据,还可调整设备的运行时间,具有管理效果。 Low digital management seriously restricts the operation effect of hydropower plant equipment.In order to realize the equipment information management,it is necessary to update the equipment management technology,and study the design method of equipment operation state management system of hydropower plants based on data analysis.In the system hardware design part,the logical function is used to divide the device partition,and the J2EE application model is used to establish a multi-layer distributed device management framework.The information node is used to connect the communication module and build the operation detection structure of the equipment.In the part of system software design:it establishes the equipment database of water power plant,establishes the neural network mining model based on data analysis technology,manages the operation status of equipment,and completes the system design.The results show that under the application of this system,the running data of different equipment can be accurately counted,and the running time of equipment can also be adjusted,with management effect.
