摘要
丰富多彩的民族传统体育是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是各民族生活方式和价值取向的生动体现。开展民族传统体育课堂教学是传承中华文化、塑造民族认同、培养文化自信和丰富校园体育文化生活的重要方面。文章基于体育心理学视角,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对民族传统体育课堂教学的价值与困境进行分析探讨,并针对其开展困境提出优化策略。
The rich and colorful traditional ethnic sports are an important component of China's excellent traditional culture,and a vivid reflection of various ethnic lifestyles and value orientations.Carrying out traditional ethnic sports classroom teaching is a necessary measure to inherit Chinese culture,shape national identity,cultivate cultural confidence,and enrich campus sports and cultural life.Based on the perspective of sports psychology,using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and explores the value and challenges of traditional ethnic sports classroom teaching,and proposes optimization strategies to address these challenges.The dilemma is:insufficient motivation for physical education learning;The teaching environment of traditional ethnic sports needs to be optimized;Insuficient application of sports psychology theory.Optimization strategy:stimulate Student activism'interest in sports and cultivate sports motivation;Optimize the physical education teaching environment and enhance teaching effectiveness;Optimize teaching design based on the principles of sports psychology.
