摘要
清末著名医家刘吉人在论治伏热时承经典、抒己见,不仅详细辨析伏热为病的症状,还重视误治所引起的病证。其临床治疗伏热时,分经论治,尤重阳明;又提出伏热应先治疗内症,顾复正气,再解决外症,驱邪外出;以复旧真元,外解邪热为治疗大法。
In the late Qing Dynasty,Liu Jiren,a famous physician in the treatment of ambulatory fever,under⁃took the classics and expressed his own views,by not only analyzing in detail the symptoms of ambulatory fever,but also in attaching importance to the symptoms caused by the mis-treatment of the disease.Clinical treatment of ambulatory fever,the treatment of meridians,especially Yangming.It is also suggested that the treatment of ambula⁃tory fever should firstly treat the internal symptoms and restore the positive energy,and then solve the external symptoms and drive the evil out.The main method of treatment is to restore the old vital energy and resolve the evil heat externally.It is an important guide and has reference value for contemporary clinical treatment of ambula⁃tory fever and diseases related to ambulatory fever.
