摘要
电缆敷设作为水泥工程基础项目,正逐步由人工敷设方式向机械化敷设方式转变,机械布线有助于降低成本、减少风险,提高电缆敷设效率。介绍了常用电力电缆的类型、敷设方式和重要参数,水泥厂厂区电缆主要包含电缆沟、电缆隧道、电缆桥架、电缆通廊、电缆排管等敷设方式。分析了采用传统人工敷设方式和机械化敷设方式敷设电缆在工时、效益等方面的差异,人工敷设电缆需投入大量人力,施工安全风险高,敷设效率<5%;机械化敷设电缆具有施工工期短、人力投入少,施工安全度及敷设效率较高等优势。
Power cable laying mode is gradually shifting from manual mode to mechanical mode.It can reduce the costs and risks,improve the efficiency through the mechanical cable laying.This paper introduced the power cable type,laying mode and some important parameters.The cable routing is through cable trenches,cable tunnels,cable trays,cable corridors or cable conduits in cement plant.The differences between manual cable laying mode and mechanical cable laying mode in working hours and benefits was analyzed.Compared to mechanical cable laying mode,manual cable laying mode requires more manpower and meets higher construction risks and lower efficiency.
