摘要
针对飞机总装脉动生产线设计周期长、验证难度大等问题,采用虚拟现实技术,对飞机总装脉动生产线进行虚拟仿真平台开发,实现生产线的快速设计与仿真验证。对生产节拍、生产线空间布局、装配工艺规程进行分析,确定了飞机总装脉动生产线设计方案。对飞机部件、工装系统、测量系统、运输系统进行精细化建模,并基于虚拟仿真平台Unity 3D开发了飞机总装脉动生产线虚拟仿真系统。
Aiming at the problems of long design cycle and difficult verification of aircraft assembly pulsation production line,the virtual simulation platform of aircraft assembly pulsation production line is developed by using virtual reality technology to realize the rapid design and simulation verification of production line.Analyzing the production rhythm,production line space layout and assembly process regulations,and the design scheme of aircraft assembly pulsation production line is determined.Based on the precise model of aircraft parts,tooling system measurement system and transportation system,the virtual simulation system of aircraft assembly pulsation production line is developed by using Unity3D.
