摘要
目的探讨生血宁片对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者免疫功能及外周血人凋亡相关因子(Fas)及Fas配体(FasL)水平的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月南昌市第一医院收治的80例放化疗白细胞减少症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予鲨肝醇片联合利可君片治疗,观察组给予生血宁片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)及外周血Fas、FasL水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组外周血Fas、FasL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生血宁片治疗肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症疗效确切,能改善患者的免疫功能,减少细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shengxuening tablet on immune function and levels of human factor apoptosis(Fas)and its ligand(FasL)in peripheral blood of patients with tumor chemoradiotherapy leukopenia.Methods Atotal of 80 patients with chemoradiotherapy leukopenia treated in Nanchang First Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shiganol tablet combined with Likejun tablet,and the observation group was treated with Shengxuening tablet.The clinical efficacy,serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)and peripheral blood Fas,FasL levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Fas and FasL in peripheral blood of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxuening tablet can improve the immune function and inhibit cell apoptosis in the treatment of tumor leukopenia with chemoradiotherapy.
