摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5),总结归纳现代医家治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的用药规律。方法筛选中国知网中符合要求的中药治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的临床试验类与经验报道类文献,整理相关方剂。利用中医传承辅助平台系统进行数据挖掘,探讨用药规律。结果共纳入方剂72首,涉及中药146味;使用频次最高的中药依次为黄芪、茯苓、白术、当归、川芎;四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经以肝、脾二经为主;最常用的药对为白术—茯苓、黄芪—茯苓、黄芪—桂枝;获得核心药物组合5组,演化出新方5个。结论现代医家治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿以益气健脾利水为主,活血利水、温阳利水、解毒利湿、疏肝健脾等可辨证选用。
Objective To summarize the medication rules of modern physicians in treating breast cancer related lymphedema based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V 2.5).Methods The clinical trials and experience reports of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of breast cancer related lymphedema in CNKI were screened,and the relevant prescriptions were sorted out.The auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance was used for data mining to explore the law of drug use.Results Totally 72 prescriptions were included,involving 146 Chinese herbs.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Astragalus,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong.The four qi were mainly warm and calm,the five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter,and the two meridians of liver and spleen were the main meridians.The most commonly used drug pairs were Atractylodes macrocephala⁃Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus⁃Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus⁃Cinnamomum cassia.Five core drug combinations were obtained and five new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion Modern physicians mainly treat breast cancer related lymphedema by supplementing qi,strengthening spleen and promoting diuresis,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis,warming yang and promoting diuresis,detoxifying and promoting dampness,and soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen.
