摘要
目的 观察中药涂擦剂对上肢闭合性骨折复位早期局部肿胀疼痛疗效。方法 选取2022年1月—2022年12月万载县中医院治疗的80例上肢闭合性骨折患者,采用信封法分为观察组和对照组。对照组39例行手法复位加夹板固定治疗,观察组41例在对照组基础上用中药涂擦剂治疗。比较2组血液流变学、局部肿胀疼痛缓解情况、术后X线评分及治疗效果。结果 观察组疼痛、肿胀消失时间更短(P<0.05),观察组术后第6周、第12周X线评分更高(P<0.05)。结论 中药涂擦剂治疗上肢闭合性骨折能有效缓解早期局部肿胀疼痛,复位情况更好,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine embrocation on local swelling pain of upper limb closed fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with closed fracture of upper limb treated in Wanzai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by envelope method.The control group of 39 cases was treated with manual reduction and splint fixation,and the observation group of 41 cases was treated with Chinese medicine embrocation on the basis of control group.Hemorheology,local swelling and pain relief,postoperative X-ray score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The time for pain and swelling to disappear was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05),and the X-ray scores were higher in the observation group at the 6th and 12th week after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine embrocation on local swelling pain of upper limb closed fracture can effectively relieve early local swelling and pain and achieve better reduction.
