摘要 上海软土地区地下车站基坑越来越深,对超深围护地下连续墙的施工质量控制提出了新的挑战。在试成槽基础上,通过采取在深厚砂层成槽泥浆中加入改良泥浆,对超深槽段刷壁设备进行改进,超长钢筋笼双螺纹套筒连接以及气举反循环设备改进等施工措施,有效控制了地下连续墙在深厚砂土层中成槽的墙底沉渣厚度及整个地下连续墙的施工质量。优良的墙体完整性在基坑开挖阶段得到了有效的验证,积累的经验可为今后类似上海深厚砂层深基坑地下连续墙工程施工提供借鉴。 The foundation pit of underground station in soft soil area of Shanghai is getting deeper and deeper,which poses a new challenge to the construction quality control of ultra-deep diaphragm wall.On the basis of trial trenching,some construction measures were taken,such as adding improved slurry into the trenching slurry in the deep sand layer,improving the wall brushing equipment in the ultra-deep trench section,and improving the double-thread sleeve connection of the ultra-long reinforcement cage and the air-lift reverse circulation equipment,which effectively controlled the sediment thickness at the bottom of the wall and the construction quality of the whole diaphragm wall.The excellent integrity of the wall has been effectively verified in the foundation pit excavation stage,and the accumulated experience can provide reference for the construction of similar deep foundation pit diaphragm wall projects in deep sand layer in Shanghai.
