一种天然植物类杀菌净味原料的制备及其应用

摘要 通过利用茉莉花香精和柠檬香精等植物活性物原料为主要除味成分,通过表活乳化溶解技术,复配赖氨酸和微量的银离子等原料协同增效,制备杀菌净味原料。由实验结果可知,此原料对常见的细菌和霉菌的最低抑菌浓度为100~2 000 mg/L,使用剂量为2%,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌率高达99%。当其使用剂量为3%,净化作用时间为24 h时,其对厨房异味甲硫醇和三甲胺净化效率为95%以上,对卫生间异味氨气和硫化氢的净化效率为92%以上,并且对脚底异味异戊酸净化效果达到98%以上,使用剂量为2%。结果说明,本杀菌净味原料对常见致病菌有较强抑菌效果,其对厨房和厕所场景异味净化效率高。 Jasmine essential oil and lemon essential oil were selected as deodorizing ingredients.Lysine and silver ions were added as auxiliary raw materials.The deodorizer was prepared by emulsification technology.The minimum inhibitory concentrations for various bacteria and fungi were in the range of 100~2000 mg/L.In the test,the germicidal efficiency of 2.0%deodorizer was 99%against Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.The removal efficiencies to trimethylamine and methanthiol were above 95%by 3.0%deodorizer for 24 h.The removal efficiencies to ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were above 92%by 3.0%deodorizer for 24 h.The removal efficiency to isovaleric acid was above 98%by 2.0%deodorizer for 24 h.In summary,this deodorizer had obvious inhibitory effects on common pathogenic bacteria and could efficiently remove kitchen and toilet odors.
