从SHEL模型角度探索减少航空维修人为差错的方法

摘要 阐述SHEL模型的基本原理及其在航空维修领域的应用,引入国内外典型的航空维修不安全事件案例,从SHEL模型的角度开展深入分析,找出事件发生的根本原因。分析表明,航空维修人为差错的发生,往往是人与软件、人与硬件、人与环境和人与人等界面的一个或多个界面不匹配导致的。做好航空维修人为差错控制,就要把握好SHEL模型中“人”这个核心要素,确保“人”和其他要素相匹配。从SHEL模型中各界面匹配性的角度,提出减少航空维修人为差错的管理方法,为航空维修人为差错预防和控制提供参考。 This paper describes the basic principle of SHEL model and its application in the field of aviation maintenance,introduces typical aviation maintenance unsafe cases at home and abroad,carries out in-depth analysis from the perspective of SHEL model,and finds out the root cause of the incident.The analysis shows that the occurrence of human error in aviation maintenance is often caused by the mismatch of one or more interfaces between human and software,human and hardware,human and environment,human and human.To do a good job of human error control in aviation maintenance,it is necessary to grasp the core element of"human"in SHEL model to ensure that"human"and other elements match.From the point of view of the interface matching in the SHEL model,a management method to reduce human errors in aviation maintenance is proposed,which provides a reference for human error prevention and control in aviation maintenance.
