摘要
目的研究中重度高血压治疗中,缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂的效果.方法选取2021年9月-2022年9月80例中重度高血压患者纳入研究,所有入组患者均以随机数字表法划分为两组进行对比分析,其中对照组40例患者实施氨氯地平+美托洛尔治疗;另外40例患者为研究组,实施缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗.对比上述治疗后两组患者血压指标、血脂水平、颈动脉IMT(颈动脉内膜中层厚度)、不良反应及有效率.结果治疗后研究组血压指标水平低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组血脂水平更低(P<0.05);研究组颈动脉IMT较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论缬沙坦/氨氯地平复方制剂疗效显著,安全性高,对患者颈动脉IMT以及血脂指标的改善有积极意义,可以帮助患者有效调节血压水平.
Objective To study the effect of valsartan/amlodipine combination in the treatment of moderate to severe hypertension.Methods From September 2021 to September 2022,80 patients with moderate to severe hypertension were included in the study,and all patients were divided into two groups for comparative analysis,of which 40 cases were included in the control group and treated with amlodipine+metoprolol,and the other 40 patients were treated with valsartan/amlodipine combination in the study group.The blood pressure indexes,blood lipid level,carotid artery IMT(carotid intima-media thickness),adverse reactions,and effective rate of the patients after the above treatment were compared.Results The blood pressure index level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the statistical analysis was significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the blood lipid level in the study group was lower(P<0.05),the carotid artery IMT in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05),the adverse reaction data analysis showed that the study group was lower(P<0.05),and the effective rate difference between groups was higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan/amlodipine combination preparation has significant efficacy and high safety,which has positive significance for the improvement of carotid IMT and blood lipid indexes,and can help patients effectively suppress blood pressure levels.
