摘要
目的 探讨吴氏理筋手法结合J型针刀治疗术后肘关节僵硬的临床应用价值。方法 选取江西省南昌市洪都中医院康复科2020年6月—2021年6月收治的60例术后肘关节僵硬患者,以单盲随机法分为对照组(关节松动术)与治疗组(吴氏理筋手法结合J型针刀),各30例。治疗4周后,比较两组Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)与视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,同时对疗效开展评估。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组MEPS评分较高,而VAS评分较低(P<0.05);且治疗组总有效率为100.00%(30/30),明显高于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论 吴氏理筋手法结合J型针刀治疗术后肘关节僵硬患者,能实现肘关节功能的恢复,并减轻患者疼痛,效果确切,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of Wu's tendon consolidation technique combined with J-type acupotomy in the treatment of postoperative elbow stiffness.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative elbow stiffness admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group(joint loosening) and treatment group(Wu's tendon manipulation combined with J-type acupotomy) by single-blind random method,with 30 cases in each group.After 4 weeks of treatment,Mayo elbow function score(MEPS) and pain scale(VAS) were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,compared with control group,MEPS score in treatment group was higher,but VAS score was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%(30/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment plan of Wu's tendon manipulation combined with J-type acupotomy for patients with postoperative elbow stiffness can realize the recovery of elbow joint function and relieve the pain of patients,and has definite therapeutic effect and high promotion value.
