摘要
通过对玻璃窑炉氮氧化物形成机理进行研究,得出氮氧化物形成的条件和规律,针对其不同的形成原因提出了分层燃烧技术、分阶段燃烧技术和低氮燃烧喷枪技术,以降低燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成。通过在玻璃生产线的应用,可以实现氮氧化物生成量降低30%以上,节能2%~3%。
The generation conditions and rules of nitrogen oxides are obtained by studying its formation mechanism in glass furnace.According to the different formation reasons of nitrogen oxides,the layered combustion technology,phased combustion technology and low nitrogen combustion spray-gun technology were proposed in order to reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides in the combustion process.The generation amount of nitrogen oxide can be reduced by more than 30%,and the energy saving is 2%to 3%.through the application of this technology in the glass production line.
