某型受电弓结构模态测试与分析

摘要 结构频率特征是受电弓固有属性,分析受电弓结构固有频率特征对受电弓动态性能及可靠性具有重要意义。文章采用多点激励多点响应的方法对某型受电弓的正常工作状态进行模态测试与分析,得出受电弓正常工作状态下的固有频率、阻尼比及振型等模态参数。结果表明,在5.356、13.801、16.031、20.557 Hz等频率下,受电弓易发生共振,出现弓网分离现象,在设计时应尽量避开这些频率点。 Structural frequency characteristics are inherent attributes of pantograph.It is of great significance to analyze the structural natural frequency characteristics of pantograph for the dynamic performance and reliability.In this paper,the method of multipoint excitation and multipoint response is used to test and analyze the mode of a type of pantograph under normal working conditions,and the modal parameters of natural frequency,damping ratio,vibration mode of the pantograph under normal working conditions are obtained.The results show that at the frequencies of 5.356,13.801,16.031,20.557 Hz,the pantograph is prone to resonance and the phenomenon of pantograph-catenary separation occurs.These frequency points should be avoided as far as possible in design.
