出菇温度对不同菌龄香菇群体主要农艺性状的影响

摘要 以香菇L135与931的F1代群体为试验材料,研究不同出菇温度(12℃、17℃、22℃、27℃)对不同菌龄香菇群体农艺性状的影响。结果表明:在不同出菇温度下,香菇菌龄与原基数量、子实体个数、单包产量均呈极显著负相关,与单菇重呈极显著正相关,且随着出菇温度的升高,菌龄与现蕾天数的相关系数逐渐减小;出菇温度与菌龄可共同影响群体的现蕾天数、采菇周期、单包产量、单菇重4个农艺性状,提高出菇温度会降低菌龄的影响;原基数量与子实体个数更易受到菌龄的影响;长菌龄群体比短菌龄群体更易受出菇温度的影响。香菇高温品种选育工作可将单菇重、单菇重环境方差和子实体个数作为代表性状筛选指标。以环境方差作为表型进一步验证了单菇重受出菇温度影响较大。 Using the F1 hybrid population of Lentinula edodes L135 and 931 as experimental materials,the effects of fruiting temperature(12℃,17℃,22℃,27℃)on the agronomic traits of strain populations of different ages were studied.The results showed that under different fruiting temperatures,the L.edodes age was significantly negatively correlated with the number of primordia,the number of fruiting bodies,and the yield per package,while it was significantly positively correlated with the weight of single mushroom.Moreover,as the fruiting temperature increased,the correlation coefficient between strain age and budding days gradually decreased.The fruiting temperature and strain age could jointly affect the 4 agronomic traits of L.edodes population,including budding days,mushroom picking cycle,yield per package,and single mushroom weight.Increasing fruiting temperature would reduce the effect of strain age.The number of primordia and the number of fruiting bodies were more susceptible to the influence of strain age.The long strain age population was more susceptible to the influence of fruiting temperature than the short train age population.The single mushroom weight,the environmental variance of the single mushroom weight and the number of fruiting bodies could be used as representative screening indicators for the breeding of high temperature varieties of L.edodes.The environmental variance was used as a phenotype to further verify that the single mushroom weight trait was greatly affected by the fruiting temperature.
