摘要
目的探讨军事任务情景下高原驻训野战医疗所官兵认知灵活性、注意偏向与心理应激的关系。方法采用应激反应问卷、认知灵活性量表、注意偏向量表对驻海拔4300 m以上某野战医疗所拟执行军事任务的146名官兵进行问卷调查。结果不同文化程度、军龄段、职别和婚姻状况官兵的应激反应比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理应激高分组认知灵活性的选择、控制及正性自己得分低于低分组,负性他人得分高于低分组(P<0.05);心理应激与正性他人、正性自己、选择和控制呈负相关(P<0.01),与负性他人呈正相关(P<0.05);正性自己和控制可预测心理应激,是心理应激的主要影响因素。结论军事任务情景下高原驻训拟执行任务的野战医疗所官兵心理应激存在人口学差异,干预维护要有针对性地进行,可通过注意偏向训练和认知灵活性培养,促进官兵产生更多的积极应对方式,减轻应激反应。
Objective To explore the relationships between cognitive flexibility,attentional bias and psychological stress of the officers and soldiers in a field medical station of plateau training under military mission situation.Methods Stress response questionaire,cognitive flexibility inventory and the attention to positive and negative information scale were conducted in 146 officers and soldiers before the military mission in a field medical station above an altitude of 4300 m.Results There was significant difference in the stress response among the officers and soldiers with different educational levels,lengths of military service,official ranks and marriage statuses(P<0.05).The choice and control of cognitive flexibility and positive self scores in the high psychological stress group were significantly lower than those in the low psychological stress group,while the score of negative others in the high psychological stress group was significantly higher than that in the low psychological stress group(P<0.05).Psychological stress was negatively correlated with positive others,positive self,choice,and control(P<0.01),and positively correlated with negative others(P<0.05).Positive self and control could predict psychological stress and were main influencing factors of psychological stress.Conclusion There are demographic differences in psychological stress among the officers and soldiers in the field medical station at a high altitude region in military mission situation,and intervention and maintenance should be targeted.Attention bias training and cognitive flexibility training can promote more positive responses and reduce stress reactions among officers and soldiers.
