导师制在住院医师口腔急诊规范化培训中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Mentorship in the Standardized Trainingof Resident Physicians in Oral Emergency Medicine

摘要 目的:探讨导师制在住院医师口腔急诊规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年1月在第四军医大学口腔医院急诊与综合临床科参加口腔急诊规范化培训的24名住院医师为研究对象,根据有无导师分为试验组(n=12)和对照组(n=12)。试验组采用导师制方式进行培训,对照组采用传统方式进行培训。培训结束后,采用理论考核、操作考核以及问卷调查方式评估导师制的应用效果。结果:出科考核成绩显示,试验组理论和操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示,与对照组比较,试验组学习兴趣、分析和解决问题能力、临床思维能力、理论知识理解程度、实践技能掌握程度明显提高(P<0.05),与教师的沟通明显增加(P<0.05),并且试验组对导师制急诊轮转培训认可率高于对照组对传统急诊轮转培训认可率(P<0.05)。结论:导师制的实施明显提高了住院医师口腔急诊规范化培训的学习成绩和临床能力,对于提升培训效果具有积极意义。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of mentorship in the standardized training of resident physicians in oral emergency medicine.Methods:A total of 24 resident physicians who participated in the standardized training of oral emergency medicine in the Department of Emergency and Comprehensive Clinical Medicine of the School of Stomatology,Fourth Military Medical University from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to whether or not they had a mentor,they were divided into the experimental group(n=12)and the control group(n=12).The experimental group received training in a mentorship model,while the control group received training in a traditional model.After the training,the application effect of mentorship was evaluated by theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and questionnaire survey.Results:The results of the exit assessment showed that the theoretical assessment scores and operational skill scores of the resident physicians in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey results showed that compared with the control group,the resident physicians in the experimental group had significantly improved learning interest,problem⁃solving ability,clinical thinking ability,understanding of theoretical knowledge,and mastery of practical skills(P<0.05).They also had significantly increased communication with their teachers(P<0.05).In addition,the approval rate of the experimental group resident physicians for the mentorship emergency rotation training was higher than the approval rate of the control group resident physicians for the traditional emergency rotation training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of mentorship significantly improved the learning performance and clinical skills of resident physicians in the standardized training of oral emergency medicine,and has positive significance for improving the training effect.
