摘要
最低居住标准是各国住房保障政策的重要组成部分,是城市发展中多渠道解决中低收入者住房问题,保障安全、健康、有尊严的居住环境的定量依据。基于我国存量时代的住房问题及居民对好房子的需求,梳理美国、加拿大、英国、意大利、德国、日本和韩国7个国家最低居住标准的发展历程,现行标准中的居住面积指标和评价指标体系,对标我国最低居住标准找出差距并提出完善建议。
The minimum living standard is an important part of housing secu rity policies in various countries,and provides a quantitative basis for solving the housing problems of low-and middle-income people in urban development through multiple channels to guara ntee a safe,healthy living environment of dignity.Based on the housing problems in China's stock era and residents' demands for safe and healthy housing,this paper sifts through the history of development of minimum living standards,the living area indexes and evaluation index systems in the current standards of seven countries,namely the United States,Canada,the United Kingdom,Italy,Germany,Japan and South Korea,to identify the gaps and ma ke suggestions for improvement in comparison with China's minimum living standards.
