摘要
目的 研究探讨四化管理模式联合化斑益肾汤治疗过敏性紫癜的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年9月在河南科技大学第一附属医院开元院区进行治疗的116例过敏性紫癜患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组各58例。对照组以化斑益肾汤+基础护理干预,观察组增加四化管理模式。对两组症状评分、血小板参数、治疗依从性、护理满意度等进行统计比较。结果 干预后,观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血小板参数包括血PLT、MPV、PDW水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 四化管理模式干预联合化斑益肾汤治疗过敏性紫癜的应用效果良好,可改善症状和血小板参数,提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的护理满意度,可在临床推荐。
Objective To study the application effect of Sihua management mode intervention combined with huaban Yishen Decoction(化斑益肾汤) in the treatment of henoch schonlein purpura and its effect on patients' symptom score and nursing satisfaction.Methods 116 patients with henoch schonlein purpura treated in our hospital from 2019.09—2021.09 were selected as nursing intervention objects,with 58 patients in each group.The control group was treated with huaban Yishen Decoction + routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added the four modernizations management mode on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,platelet parameters,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results After treatment,the observation group symptom scores including fever,rash,abdominal pain and joint pain in the were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),platelet observation group parameters including PLT,MPV and platelet distribution width(PDW) were lower than control group(P<0.05),The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application effect of Sihua management mode intervention combined with huaban Yishen Decoction in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura is good.It can improve patients' symptoms and platelet parameters,improve patients' treatment compliance and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
