基于卫气营血辨治新型冠状病毒感染

摘要 新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)属中医“疫病”范畴,以发热、干咳、乏力、肌痛为主要症状,具有很强的传染性和流行性,人群普遍易感。该病的发生发展过程与叶天士《温病条辨》的卫气营血辨证较为契合:新型冠状病毒肺炎轻型、普通型、重型和危重型符合卫气营血四个阶段的发展规律。因此,参照《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第八版)》,以温病卫气营血辨证为依据,探讨COVID-19的传变规律,并结合卫气营血辨证,防治疾病的进一步传变,强化中医治未病思想,为临床中COVID-19的防治提供理论依据。 Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) belongs to the category of " epidemic disease" of traditional Chinese medicine,with fever,dry cough,fatigue and myalgia as the main symptoms.It is highly infectious and epidemic,and people are generally susceptible to it.The occurrence and development process of this disease is consistent with the syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood in YE Tianshi's Wenbing Tiaobian.The light type,normal type,severe type and critical type of COVID-19 accord with the development law of Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood in four stages.Therefore,with reference to COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Program(Trial Eighth Edition) and based on the syndrome differentiation of warm disease Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood and variation rules of COVID-19 were discussed.Combined with the syndrome differentiation of Qi and blood,the further transmission and variation of disease prevention and treatment were further carried out,and the idea of strengthening the treatment of disease without disease was strengthened,thus providing theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in clinical practice.
