摘要
岗梅为冬青属植物梅叶冬青的干燥根及茎,是岭南凉茶的主要原料之一。其化学成分以三萜、酚酸、多糖、挥发油等为主,具有抗炎解热镇痛、抗病原微生物、抗肿瘤、抗补体、抗溃疡、抗阿尔茨海默病等广泛药理作用,具有极高的药用和经济价值,然其质量标准和质量评价研究存在诸多不足。在对其化学成分、药理作用、质量研究进行归纳概述的基础上,根据质量标志物(Quality marker,Q-marker)理论,从成分特有性、变化性、有效性、可测性四个方面对岗梅的质量标志物进行分析与讨论,认为岗梅的三萜类和酚酸类成分可作为岗梅的质量标志物,以期为岗梅质量评价体系的规范与完善提供参考。
Gangmei(Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae)is the dried root and stem of Meiyedongqing[Ilex asprella(Hook.et Am.)Champ.Ex Benth],and it is one of the main raw materials of Lingnan herbal tea.Its chemical constituents are mainly triterpenes,phenolic acids,polysaccharides and volatile oils,and it has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammation and analgesia,anti-pathogenic microorganisms,anti-tumor,anti-complement,anti-ulcer and so on.However,there are many deficiencies in the research of quality standard and quality evaluation.On the basis of summarizing its chemical compositions,pharmacological action and quality study,and according to the theory of quality markers(Q-marker),the quality markers of Gangmei(Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae)were analyzed and discussed from four aspects:specificity,variability,effectiveness and testability.It is considered that the triterpenes and phenolic acids of Gangmei(Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae)can be used as Q-markers of Gangmei(Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae)in order to provide reference for the standardization and improvement of the quality evaluation system of Gangmei(Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae).
