摘要
通过对轻钢龙骨组合墙体立柱受力特性研究,结合有限元计算结果,分析了立柱不同高度、布置间距、布置方式、钢材材质以及型号对应力和变形的影响,得出相同高度的轻钢龙骨组合墙体,立柱壁厚增大、间距减小、钢材强度等级提高、采用对扣或背贴布置均有助于减小立柱应力比,墙体在抗气体消防冲击时,起控制性的因素为立柱挠度,在挠度满足要求时,立柱强度均满足要求。在各类洞口处均应布置加强立柱,用于抵消因开洞导致立柱不连续带来的墙体损伤,小尺寸洞口规格宜统一,大尺寸洞口规格应根据具体情况确定。墙体间隔一定距离设置补强立柱可改善整片墙体使用性能,有效控制破坏范围并向两侧分担墙体变形,提高墙体抗气体消防冲击能力。研究给出工业建筑考虑气体消防时,轻钢龙骨组合墙体通用立柱和加强立柱最大高度选用表,研究成果可用于同类工程实践。
Through the study of the stress characteristics of light-gauge steel framing wall columns and the results of finite element analysis,the influence of different heights,arrangement spacing,arrangement methods,steel materials and models on stress and deformation of columns were analyzed.It is concluded that the light-gauge steel framing wall panel of the same height,the column thickness increases,the spacing decreases,the steel strength grade increases,and the use of buckle or back paste arrangement all help to reduce the column stress ratio,and when the wall is impacted by gas extinguishing,the controlling factor is the column deflection,when the deflection meets the requirements,the column strength meets the requirements.Reinforced columns should be arranged at all kinds of openings to offset the wall damage caused by the discontinuity of the column,the specifications of small-size openings should be uniform,the specifications should be determined based on specific size calculations.The wall is separated by a certain distance,the performance of the whole wall is improved by the reinforcement column,the damage range is controlled effectively and the wall deformation is shared to both sides,the wall's ability to resist gas extinguishing impact is improved.A table for selecting the maximum height of general and reinforced columns for light-gauge steel framing wall panel is provided by the study when considering the gas extinguishing impact resistance in data centers.The research results can be used in similar engineering practices.
