摘要
结合第三次全国农作物种质资源普查与收集行动,在慈利县收集了朱红橘、橘红、慈利酸橙和慈利红心柚等4份地方品种资源,通过生物学特性、叶片和果实主要性状、果实感官品质及内在品质评价等方面的研究,对其潜在利用价值进行了初步评价。结果表明:慈利酸橙抗病、抗虫性强,果顶印圈明显,较易剥皮,果肉细嫩,可用作干制中药材;橘红和慈利红心柚果实果面光滑,果肉细嫩,但果实偏酸,可为柑橘品种的遗传改良研究提供原始资源材料;朱红橘树势强健,树冠呈自然圆头形,果实成熟期为11月下旬,果实高扁圆形,可食率虽比不上橘红(80.71%),但仍有63.57%,果皮朱红色,果皮薄、易剥离,香气浓郁,酸甜适中,TSS为15.10%,TA为0.97%,该品种易栽易管,丰产稳产,抗病虫性强,适应性强,值得进一步开发利用。
In the third national survey and collection of crop germplasm resources,the landrace resources of Citrus erythrosa,C.reticulata,C.aurantium,and red pomelo in Cili County were collected.The biological characteristics,leaf and fruit traits,and sensory quality and internal quality were determined to evaluate the application potential of the landrace resources.The results showed that C.aurantium had strong disease and pest resistance,with an obvious ring on the fruit which was characterized by easy peeling and tender flesh with a medicinal use.The fruits of C.reticulata and red pomelo had smooth surface and tender but slightly sour flesh,which can serve as material resources for the genetic improvement of citrus.C.erythrosa plants were strong with round crowns,fruit maturity in late November,and long oblate fruits.Although the edible rate of C.erythrosa was not as high as that(80.71%)of C.reticulata,it still reached 63.57%.The fruit of C.erythrosa was vermilion red,with thin skin easy to be peeled off,rich aroma,moderate sweetness,total soluble solids of 15.10%,and total acids of 0.97%.C.erythrosa was easy to plant and manage,with high and stable yields,strong disease and pest resistance,and strong adaptability,being worthy of further development and utilization.
