摘要
当前产业发展和城市建设基础较弱、定位于国家“千年大计”的雄安新区,其产城融合发展面临着城市高标准开发的自我造血机能较弱、产业跨越式发展的要素支撑较少、有为政府和有效市场的动态平衡较难等追赶和示范需同时进行等挑战。在未来产业发展服务化、城市发展多样化、产城发展协同化、产城创新数字化的趋向下,应以创新利用雄安“金字”招牌为首要、以充分发挥市场运行逻辑为支撑、以加快形成示范效应为突破、以渐进式产业发展为路径、以有效协调周边区域利益为促进,加快雄安新区产城融合发展,更好推进京津冀协同发展日益深入和多赢。
Currently,the foundation of industrial development and urban construction is relatively weak in Xiong'an New Area,which is positioned as a national"millennium plan".The integration of production and urban development is facing challenges that its catch-up and demonstration need to be carried out at the same time.These challenges include weak hematopoietic function in high-standard advancement of the city,shortage in support elements for leapfrog development of industry,and difficulties in achieving a dynamic balance between effective government and efficient market.In the future,under the trend of the servicization of industrial development,diversified urban development,industry-city synergistic development,and industry-city digital innovation,we should take innovative use of the"golden"signboard of Xiong'an as the first priority,give full play to the logic of market operation as the support,accelerate the formation of demonstration effect as the breakthrough,take gradual industrial development as the path,and effectively coordinate the interests of surrounding areas as the promotion,to accelerate the industry-city integration development of Xiong'an New Area and better promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei deeply to realize win-win.
