摘要
在社会治理的大背景下,作为社会组织中的妈祖组织以弘扬妈祖文化为目的,开展了一系列的妈祖文化交流活动,发挥着协调人际关系、规范道德行为、化解民间矛盾、促进文明建设等作用,与社会治理的目标和民心契合相通。本文以拥有众多妈祖敬仰者的妈祖组织开展文化交流活动为例,阐述妈祖组织与社会治理的关系,分析妈祖民间组织的社会功能,论证妈祖组织与社会治理的交融互补,考察其优势与问题,进而提升妈祖民间组织管理水平的愿景。
In the context of social governance,as a social organization,Mazu organizations have carried out a series of Mazu cultural exchange activities for the purpose of promoting Mazu culture.These activities have played a role in coordinating interpersonal relationships,regulating moral behavior,resolving conflicts among the people,and promoting the construction of civilization.This paper takes the cultural exchange activities carried out by the Mazu organization with many Mazu followers as an example,expounds the relationship between the Mazu organization and social governance,analyzes the social function of the Mazu civil organization,demonstrates the integration and complementarity of the Mazu organization and social governance,examines its advantages and problems.and improves the management level of Mazu non-governmental organizations.
