摘要
通过采用组织培养技术,可实现月季胚的快速繁殖与优质品种的选育。文章详细介绍了月季胚培养的关键技术步骤,包括外植体的选择与处理、接种及培养方法、增殖阶段管理、壮苗培养与生根技术以及最终的移栽过程。胚培养技术可显著提高月季的繁殖效率,为月季新品种的快速培育提供有效途径。
Rapid reproduction of rose embryos and selection of high-quality varieties can be achieved by using tissue culture technology.The key technical steps of Chinese rose embryo culture were introduced in details,including selection and treatment of explants,inoculation and culture methods,management of proliferation stage,strong seedling culture and rooting technology and the final transplanting process.Embryo culture technology can significantly improve the reproduction effi-ciency of Chinese rose and provide an effective way for rapid cultivation of new rose varieties.
