摘要
传统的人事档案管理存在方式滞后、管理人员匮乏、管理意识淡薄等问题,导致人事档案不能发挥真正的管理价值,但随着信息化与数字化时代的到来,数字化信息技术不仅能够加快档案管理流程,提高工作效率,还可以挖掘人事档案中的内容价值,帮助企业更好地了解员工情况并做出相应决策,还可以实现资源共享,使各部门能够共享必要的人事档案信息,提升工作协同性,基于此,文章提出数字化信息技术在人事档案管理中的应用路径,以期推动档案管理现代化、提升管理效能,为企业提供良好的人事档案管理体验。
The traditional personnel archive management possesses such problems as lagging mode,for lack of management personnel and weak management consciousness,resulting in personnel archive can not play its real management value.However,with the advent of informatization and digitalized era,digitalized information technology can not only speed up the archive management process and improve the work efficiency,but also tap the content value of personnel archive.It can help enterprises better understand the situation of employees and make corresponding decisions,realize resource sharing,enable all departments to share necessary personnel archive information,and improve the work collaboration.Based on this,this paper puts forward the application path of digitalized information technology in personnel archive management,in order to promote the modernization of archive management and improve management efficiency.To provide enterprises with good personnel archive management experience.
