摘要
工程建设环节,EPC模式作为现阶段流行的项目管理模式,可以将项目不同阶段的大部分风险分摊给总承包单位,最大限度地保护业主的利益。基于此,论文将从工程总承包单位的角度,对EPC模式施工阶段的成本和成本控制措施进行分析和探讨,以期全面提升该模式下工程总承包单位成本和成本控制的水平和效果。而总承包项目中,造价与成本管理关系到各方的经济效益。所以EPC总承包项目开展环节,就需要加强对造价以及成本管理的重视,根据需要对要点进行分析,推动承包项目的落实。
In the link of engineering construction,EPC mode,as a popular project management mode at this stage,can share most of the risks in different stages of the project to the general contractor to maximize the protection of the interests of the owner.Based on this,this paper will analyze and discuss the cost and cost control measures of EPC mode from the perspective of the general contractor,in order to comprehensively improve the level and effect of the cost control of the general contractor under this mode.In the general contracting project,the cost and cost management are related to the economic benefits of all parties.Therefore,in the process of EPC general contracting projects,it is necessary to strengthen the attention to the cost and cost management,analyze the key points according to the need,and promote the implementation of the contracted projects.
