摘要
目的 探究基于ADOPT问题解决模式的心理护理在女性艾滋病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月至2023年1月山东省菏泽市传染病医院收治的84例女性艾滋病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于ADOPT问题解决模式的心理护理,比较两组心理状态和疾病应对能力。结果 干预后,研究组广泛性焦虑障碍量表、患者健康问卷评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组简易应对方式问卷中积极应对维度评分高于对照组,消极应对维度评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基于ADOPT问题解决模式的心理护理可有效改善女性艾滋病患者的抑郁与焦虑情绪,增强其对疾病的应对能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing based on ADOPT problem solving model in female patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Methods A total of 84 female patients with AIDS in Heze Infectious Diseases Hospital,Shandong Province from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the study group(42 cases)and the control group(42 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the study group received the psychological nursing based on ADOPT problem solving model on the basis of the control group.The mental state and the disease response ability of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of generalized anxiety disorder and patient health questionnaire in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of positive coping dimensions in the simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of negative coping dimensions in SCSQ of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on ADOPT problem solving model can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of female patients with AIDS,and enhance their ability to cope with diseases.
