线粒体铁蛋白在神经系统疾病的研究进展

摘要 线粒体铁蛋白(FtMt)是一种无内含子基因编码的铁蛋白,能通过调控细胞氧化应激、胞质铁的平衡,进而影响线粒体铁含量、线粒体功能、活性氧的产生和细胞GSH含量等。越来越多的证据表明FtMt参与神经退行性病变、缺血性脑卒中、创伤性脑损伤、不安腿综合征以及脑胶质瘤的发生、发展,本文总结了FtMt在多种神经系统疾病中发挥的不同作用,为探索多种神经系统疾病的机制研究提供参考。 Mitochondrial ferritin(FtMt)is a kind of ferritin without intron gene coding,which can affect mitochondrial iron content,mitochondrial function,production of reactive oxygen species and cell GSH content by regulating cellular oxidative stress and cytoplasmic iron balance.More and more evidence shows that FtMt is involved in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases,ischemic stroke,traumatic brain injury,restless leg syndrome and glioma.This paper summarizes the different roles of FtMt in a variety of neurological diseases,so as to provide reference for exploring the mechanism of a variety of neurological diseases.
