摘要
探讨电力工程配电网建设的全过程管理措施,主要从配电网建设的全过程管理面临的问题及相应的解决方案两个方面进行论述。首先,分析了当前配电网建设过程中存在的问题,如项目管理不规范、进度控制不到位、成本管理不精细、质量管理不完善等。接着,提出了一系列有效的管理措施,包括项目计划的制定、资源调配的优化、质量管理的落实、成本控制的加强等方面。最后,总结了电力工程配电网建设的全过程管理措施的重要性以及其对电力工程配电网建设的推动作用。
This paper aims to discuss the whole process management measures of power engineering distribution network construction,mainly from the problems of the whole process management of distribution network construction and the corresponding solutions.First of all,it analyzes the problems existing in the current distribution network construction process,such as non-standard project management,inadequate progress control,poor cost management,imperfect quality management and so on.Then,a series of effective management measures are put forward,including the formulation of project plan,the optimization of resource allocation,the implementation of quality management,the strengthening of cost control and so on.Finally,this paper summarizes the importance of whole process management measures of power distribution network construction and its promotion of power distribution network construction.
