新型水性丙烯酸二级分散体中试工艺及性能研究

摘要 通过粒径分布、FTIR和分子量等分析对新型水性丙烯酸二级分散体进行了表征,并从中试关键工艺、水性丙烯酸二级分散体性能及涂膜性能等3方面对新型水性丙烯酸二级分散体的中试工艺及性能进行了研究。结果表明,中试水性丙烯酸二级分散体的粒径均比小试的大;小试、中试水性丙烯酸二级分散体的FTIR图谱基本一致,均为苯丙型丙烯酸树脂水分散体;第2次中试的水性丙烯酸二级分散体的性能指标基本接近小试的测试结果;中试水性丙烯酸二级分散体制漆后,干性和耐水性均较小试下降;粒径和分子量是影响水性丙烯酸二级分散体的主要因素,中试的初始导热油温度应控制在130~135℃,以保证较小的粒径和较大的分子量。 We characterized the novel waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion by particle size distribution analysis,FTIR analysis,and molecular weight analysis.Moreover,we studied the pilot scale process and performance of the novel waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion from three aspects:the key process of pilot scale test,the performance of waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion,and the film property.The results show that the particle size of the waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion in pilot scale test is larger than that in lab-scale test.The FTIR spectra of the waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion in lab-scale test and pilot scale test are basically the same,both being styrene acrylic resin aqueous dispersion.The performance indexes of waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion in the second pilot scale test are basically close to the experimental results of the lab-scale tests.In addition,the dryness and water resistance of waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion paint are lower than those of lab-scale tests.Particle size and molecular weight are the main factors affecting the waterborne acrylic secondary dispersion.The initial heat transter oil temperature in the pilot scale test should be controlled at 130-135℃to ensure smaller particle size and higher molecular weight.
