摘要
目前煤矿常采用锚杆(索)对巷道两帮及顶板进行主动支护,但受巷道所处力学环境、地质条件等多种因素影响,针对软岩巷道锚杆支护参数设计及理论选择较为困难,使巷道支护环境较差。本文结合理论与现场工程地质条件,针对五举煤矿13207工作面软岩巷道中存在的顶板破碎严重问题,对两巷道支护参数进行设计及应用。参数选择为顶板及帮部均采用左旋无纵筋螺纹钢锚杆,规格分别为φ22 mm×2 800 mm、φ22 mm×2 400 mm,顶板及帮部分别采用φ21.8 mm×7 300 mm的1×19股高强度锚索与φ21.6 mm×5 300 mm的1×7股高强度锚索,锚杆预紧扭矩不小于300 N·m,锚索张拉力不小于200 k N。现场应用结果表明,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,整体支护效果良好,为附近相似条件矿井提供借鉴。
At present,bolt(cable)is often used to actively support two sides and roof of roadway in coal mine.However,due to the influence of mechanical environment and geological conditions of roadway,it is difficult to design bolt support parameters and theoretical selection for soft rock roadway,which makes the roadway supporting environment poor.In this paper,based on the theory and site engineering geological conditions,aiming at the serious problem of roof breakage in the soft rock roadway of 13207 working face in Wuju Coal Mine,the supporting parameters of two roadways are designed and applied.The parameters are selected as follows:the roof and the upper part are both using left-handed non-longitudinal rib rebar bolt,the specifications areφ22 mm×2800 mm andφ22 mm×2400 mm,respectively.The roof and the upper part are respectively usingφ21.8mm×7300 mm 1×19 strands of high-strength anchor cable andφ21.6 mm×5300 mm 1×7 strands of high-strength anchor cable.Bolt pre-tightening torque is not less than 300 N·m,cable tension is not less than 200 kN.Field application results show that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled and the overall supporting effect is good,which provides reference for nearby mines with similar conditions.
