摘要
目的 分析闭环式管理在甲状腺癌患者术后功能锻炼中的应用价值。方法 本研究纳入2023年1月至2023年12月就诊于厦门大学附属第一医院普外科,行甲状腺手术治疗的90例甲状腺癌患者,进行回顾性研究。根据护理方式不同对患者进行分组处理。45例为对照组,接受常规护理,45例为观察组,联合闭环式护理,对比两组认知水平、心理状态、锻炼依从性和颈部功能。结果 观察组锻炼目的、方式方法、强度和持续时间各维度评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05);护理后,观察组抑郁、焦虑和压力评分均较对照组更低(均P <0.05);观察组的锻炼依从性为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%(P <0.05);护理后,观察组颈部伤残指数(NDI)低于对照组,颈部前屈、后伸、侧屈和旋转角度均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 予以甲状腺癌术后功能锻炼患者闭环式护理,可促进认知水平的提升,对负面情绪有缓解作用,可提高锻炼依从性,也可保障锻炼效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of closed-loop management in functional exercise after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods Ninety thyroid cancer patients who attended the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University and underwent thyroid surgery from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in this retrospective study.The patients were grouped and treated according to the different ways of nursing care.45 cases were in the control group,receiving conventional nursing care,and 45 cases were in the observation group,with combined closed-loop nursing care,comparing the cognitive level,psychological status,exercise compliance,and neck function of the two groups.Results The scores of the dimensions of exercise purpose,manner and method,intensity and duration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);after the nursing care,the scores of depression,anxiety and stress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the adherence to exercise in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 77.78%(P<0.05);After care,the neck disability index(NDI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the anterior flexion,posterior extension,lateral flexion and rotation angles of the neck were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Closed-loop nursing for patients with functional exercise after thyroid cancer surgery can promote the improvement of cognitive level,alleviate negative emotions,improve exercise compliance,and ensure the effect of exercise.
